At UrbanBuyStore, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Items That Can’t Be Returned:
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care items
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return:
Simply email us at support@urbanbuystore.shop with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Our support team will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Including a few photos of the item will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by us.
